In this regard, we should endeavor to create a working space that would motivate us to work—a space that we would look forward to seeing each morning and not dreading. While you might have enjoyed the reverberating beats played by most clubs that does not necessarily mean it would be suitable music for the office. However, this is not to say that you should work in total silence all day—especially if it does not contribute to your productivity or efficiency. In creating a music playlist, one of the initial things you should consider is whether or not it would be work-friendly. Research has shown that classical music has been associated with your spatial temporal reasoning (although this has largely been contested by many employees). Create a playlist that elicits an emotional reaction from you that is not necessarily distracting and would instead drive you to work harder.

Although, this might be easier to overlook seeing as there is no physical representation of it on your desks, if you are advocating a space for productivity know that every aspect should be primed for that purpose—whether you see it or not. #4. Reduce eye strain when staring at a screen all day
When you have a job that requires you to stare at the computer screen for long periods of time, it is inevitable for you to develop eye strain. However, it can be mitigated with either an online app that prompts you to take a break from your screen at regular intervals or by choosing to impose regular breaks for yourself. Similarly, you can also choose to alter the screen brightness and color of your screen and make it appear subtler and gentler on your eyes.
